Application Manager Salesforce (m/f/x) - remote option
Your tasks:
- Focus on project management and support of Salesforce / Mulesoft
- Support for other applications as a member of the application team
- Design, implementation and customisation of applications with a special focus on process design in the business departments
- Administration and support of software applications and ensuring their functionality
- Expanding the range of functions and supporting the optimisation of applications in accordance with the company's requirements (CIP)
- Technical consultant between the business department and external service providers
- Training teams and key users on all process changes relating to applications
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or university degree in IT, media informatics, marketing or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience with Salesforce (Sales-, Marketing-, Service Cloud, etc.) and preferably experience in the application environment of an international company
- Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
- Conscientious, team-oriented and analytical way of working
- Availability at the Auerbach i.d.OPf. office for onboarding and occasional meetings
