Process Digitalization Coordinator (m/w/d) - remote option
Your tasks:
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex digitalization projects within the company's process landscape
- Developing, coordinating and digitalizing company processes in collaboration with central business steering
- Defining the scope of services and systems in coordination with internal and external stakeholders and negotiating with system providers
- Realisation of projects including configuration and architecture of new or expansion of existing systems
- Contributing to the development and adaptation of the corporate IT strategy
- Ensuring user support and designing training measures
- Initiating measures for the ongoing optimization of existing IT systems
- Project management within the scope of IT projects
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or university degree in IT, business informatics, commercial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of workflow systems (e.g. MS Power) and MS Project
- Relevant experience in the management of IT projects and in the digitalization of business processes
- Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
- Conscientious, team-oriented and analytical way of working
- Availability at the Auerbach i.d.OPf. office for onboarding and occasional meetings
